An alignment session is a confidential 60 to 75 minute private coaching session. It is where we look at where you are, what is actually in the way, and the precise next move for your identity, energetics and strategy. Every coaching engagement begins here.
Q. Who do you work with?
Directors, senior managers and corporate leaders navigating career transitions; founders, CEOs and entrepreneurs scaling wealth and authority; and individuals seeking emotional, ancestral or energetic recalibration. Based in Australia, serving globally.
Q. Is this business coaching or spiritual coaching?
Both — and the distinction is artificial. Empire Ascend integrates business strategy, leadership psychology, energetic work, and cosmic mapping systems — Astrology, Human Design, BaZi, Gene Keys — because real evolution requires all of them. Clients engage at whatever depth is right for them.
Q. How long are coaching engagements?
Engagements range from single alignment sessions to three, six or twelve month container engagements. The shape is matched to the outcome you need, not the other way around.
Q. Do I need to believe in astrology or Human Design?
No. Cosmic mapping is used as one input among many. If it resonates, we use it deeply. If it does not, the strategy and identity work stand fully on their own.
Q. Do you work with early-stage founders?
Yes. Empire Ascend works with founders at every stage — from early-stage leaders building their first real commercial architecture, to established operators navigating their next chapter. What matters more than stage is readiness.
Q. Do you work in person or remotely?
Primarily remotely via private video sessions. Select in-person sessions available in Sydney, Melbourne and internationally on request.
Q. What is the investment?
Coaching engagements are bespoke. Single alignment sessions, short-form containers and long-form advisory relationships each sit at different investment levels, quoted after your alignment session.
